Our "Berlin" Schmear Technique is a base coat with any color of your choice and German Schmear on top of it.  This technique is for clients that really don't appreciate the red brick color but still want the character of a German Schmear! The German Schmear can be as light or heavy as you wish and applied with brick stain.
